sponsorship covers the rental of the expo event rooms which includes:
electricity usage in the exhibit area, expo signage in the tradeshow room and
security for the tradeshow to safeguard exhibitors and their equipment. We will
provide: your company signage throughout the tradeshow, sponsorship at strategic
points at the expo. You will receive four expo passes, a booth, your inserts
stuffed into 100 expo promo bags, your company logo placed on our website and
in the program book, along with a full page of the program book. We will also
capture your company logo and presence on still and video camera for inclusion
in our promotional presentations. Your company name will also be announced as
our title sponsor at the beginning of each workshop session.

sponsorship covers the cost of printing of the Official Film Expo Texas Program
Book. The completed dimensions will be 8 ˝” x 5 ˝” with inner pages being in BW
and the outer being in color. The outer cover will be of semi-glossy cardstock paper. The quantity will be approximately 200 copies
and the page count will be provided with all laid out artwork by October 6, 2008. You will receive four expo passes, a
booth, your inserts stuffed into 100 expo promo bags, your company logo placed
on our website and in the program book, along with a full page of the program

This
sponsorship covers the cost of providing the award to the winner of the Filmmakers
Challenge test where filmmakers compete to see who knows the most about motion
picture protocols, equipment, tools of the trade, crew responsibilities and
more. Prizes are given along the way, but the last person standing is the
winner of the Film Expo Texas Filmmakers Challenge award. For the sponsor, we will provide: two (2)
full expo passes, your inserts stuffed into 100 expo promo bags, your company
logo and link placed on our website, your company name will be listed in the
program book and a half page ad (BW)in the program book.

special guests. You will be given recognition in the lunch boxes as sponsor of
